Unbabel’s mission is to become the translation layer for the internet. This is in response to the diverging of internet content into ever growing numbers of language pools which are not interrelated. Unbabel delivers translation through a combination of machine translation, AI machine learning and crowdsourced human translation.
Unbabel is targeting the 2 billion bilinguals in the world that will have an internet enabled smart phone by 2020. These individuals can recognise quality translations, which are provided by the Unbabel platform based on its algorithms. Translation requests can then be routed to subject matter experts within the bilingual crowd to maximise the quality of the translated content.
ChannelCreator is responsible for taking the Unbabel proposition to the Saleforce Service Cloud channel, including system integrators and Service Cloud end users – the objective is to help Service and Support Teams handling multilingual support requests to receive and respond to tickets in new languages without increasing head count on the service desk.
